As the topic title says, is it allowed to buy banner space on PTC sites for sites having Adsense ads? I mean people arent actually paid to click the banners..it is just a rotating banner that appears on the top of the page..is that fine?
No, this is against adsense TOS. If most of your traffic from PTC or traffic exchange site, you high possibility get banned
