hi , i have a website with pr 3 and another with pr 0 , both is in persian language . i want to buy backlinks for these websites from some backlinks sellers . i saw an advertising which said 10,000 backlinks only 30 $ . i want to know if i buy these backlinks , is it effective ? linking on other languages ?
