    Interested in buying an established, well maintained, active forum with no/minimal spam and with the following requirements:

    • Revenue: ~ 1000 USD a month.
    • Niche: Automotive, cooking, studies, sports, general or any legitimate niche permissible under Adsense TOS. No warez, porn, drug, gambling or sites not permissible under Adsense TOS please.
    • Age of the site/domain: More than two years.
    • Payment Terms: Escrow

    I'm watching that auction. The only barrier is that it being Spanish and I'm in no way familiar with that language.
