    I don't understand why everyone gets upset when this gentelman is asking to buy sites for $10. This is a free country and no one is forcing you to sell your baby for $10. So if you are not interested just move on.
    I think that many webmaster would love to sell some of their websites and maybe establish some links in them before they sell them.
    This is just my opinion I may be wrong.
