    I am looking for domains in any and all niches. I have a few requirements.

    1. Minimum 2 years old
    2. Valid Pagerank (see rankchecker.com)
    3. No spam or unrelated backlinks, all links must be in same niche of domain
    4. DA of 17+
    5. Preference given to active DMOZ, Y! Directory, or BOTW listings
