Buying adsense w/ 3rd party articles

Is it worthy buying adsense sites with 3rd party articles?

All the articles give credits to its original authors, and the sites I've been offered already have some good revenue and google traffic.

Do you think it's a safe business?

 

if the site with those articles make revenue to you then what is the problem ? all sites sells on revenue

 

Of course, make sure the sites are earning an alright amount of revenue before you buy them
