Buying a Yahoo Directory-listed domain

Hello. I have been given the option to buy a 1998ish domain that has been in the yahoo directory for many years, obviously since before they started charging for submissions.

How much is a domain like this worth? It is a .org and has several marks on the wayback machine to prove its authenticity and it is a current PR3, doesn't actually have any site on it, nor has it had a site for at least 2 months. Although Alexa rank is usually irrelevant because it is easily manipulated, the site is also in the top 1,000,000.

So, how much would you pay for this domain?

    Thank you!

Yes, it is listed in Google. Some of the pages are still in the cache, but from the way back machine I can tell its about 70% of the site indexed, but looks as though it is beginning to be deindexed. I suppose the market niche varies, it really could be used for quite a lot of niches. One of the keywords is 'God' in the url, so perhaps it would be ideal for someone as a blog url, saying they are god of 'XYZ'.What do you think?
