buying a website with disabled adsense account

I found a website for sell, but the site owner told me that google has disabled her adsense account for invalid click activities, and she told me that Google will approve my account if I requested one because google bans the site owner not the website.
Is this true or she is trying to cheat me?
    Thanks

It is true but I don't know about the truth of the owner. If account has banned due to suspicious activity then you can get adsense and if adsense has banned the site then there is no chance of getting the adsense

If adsense is the only problem and the price is right, drop adsense and go with something similar like clicksor, Adbrite, Bitvertiser, Chitika, Luminate, etc. Google adsense might be the biggest but they are not the only one.
Just a matter of testing the alternatives. Before buying you might want to get some sort of proof with regards to traffic and previous adsense earnings since not all clicks pay the same.

if adsense ban any website then website owner check Adbrite, Bitvertiser, Chitika and also get approved from some CPA networks or use some content locking tools, but you have to need visitor on your site.

Try Aduncle, It is The Next Big affiliate marketing Company.

to check if the site is banned in google simply type the domain name in the google search box.
But in your case I think the seller saying the truth, and if adsense was banned you can change with your adsense id..

If the account is banned and not the website itself then everything will be fine. Her account was banned for invalid clicks then that has no input on the site itself..If the site is banned then I'd stay away from it.

First of all I will check whether the site is banned from Google search engine and the link building strategy of the previous owner current traffic stats. Then consider about your case. But remember, Adsense is just one way to make money. If I feel that I can earn money from another method from that site I may buy that site after analyzing the facts that I have mentioned earlier.
