$5000? for $15 a day sounds about right. do the math and you might see you are getting a deal. $15 a day x 30 days in a month = $450 less 80 for content = $370 times 12 months = $4440 per year. typically when selling a business you will pay about 2 years of revenue. IMHO web sites i hear are around 1 years ROI.
