Buying a website from a person who has been banned from Google Adsense

    Hello,

    The current scenario is this: a person has been banned from Adsense for a website which violates Adsense's conditions.
    They own many websites, and they choose to sell a website which complies with AdSense to another person.

    Can another person open use Adsense with that sold website, despite that website being linked to that other Adsense account?

    Well, there's two bans that adsense does.
    -They ban a url
    -they ban the whole account.

    If the url is banned then no, but if their whole account is banned then I suppose you could make it work. Personally I wouldn't touch it though.

    If there banned why take the risk it is not worth it.

    please note if you are running google adsense and you have paid surf traffic google will ban you. You should look into the reason it was banned.

    no, you can't do. But you can get another adsense account after buying the site from him.

    Remember that google keeps track of all adsense accounts details (name, address, all websites registered using the same account, etc). If you buy a website from a person whose adsense account was banned, google will most likely link your account with the account that was banned.
    If you must buy a website from someone whose adsense account has been banned:
    1. Make sure the domain itself is not banned.
    Check by using the Google Adsense Preview Tool. If no ads show up, then the domain name has been banned.
    2. Give some time before placing your adsense code in the website, at least a month or more since the previous adsense account associated with the domain has been banned.
