buying a web site with adsense on it

Hi everyone, I'd like to buy a website from a friend of mine. the site has G adsense on it. is it possible to change his ads account into mine? is this against the adsense TOS? Thanks for any answer

Do you not have your own adsense account? If you do you can just change the pub id to yours.

 

All you have to do is replace the sellers pub id with yours. It's not against Googles TOS.

 

I have my own adsense account. I will change/replace the ads including the design of the web site with mine. Thanks for the replies.. You're very helpful

Yeah, I don't think it's possible to give someone else your adsense account. Like others have said, you just use your pub id instead of theirs (how adsense sharing works on these forums).

- You buy the site
- Change all ads to your own
