All the PDFs that I find deal with the purchase of the website. I would love to find someone that would write a step-by-step report on what to do with the site, once you own it. There are still newbies out there who are willing to learn and would be thankful to the author of my idea.
Well, first and foremost you will need some basic knowledge of HTML so that you could make changes to the site as needed (putting your own links, codes, images, text, etc.). There's a ton of information online on HTML coding and it's really not that hard to figure out. Secondly, you need to ask yourself how you will monetize the site. There are many ways to do that. The most popular one is the AdSense revenue sharing program (Chitika and Bidvertiser also fall in that category). Thirdly, you need to figure out ways to promote the site. You can do this FREE or PAID. One of the examples of free advertising would be posting your ads on various classifieds. Paid advertising includes AdWords, AdCenter and a couple others. This forum has paid advertising available as well.
The easiest practical solution is to study Youtube video tutorials (there are tons of them on the web) showing how to set up the site, be it in html, WP or blogger format. This way you don't even have to read anything, just follow the step by step visuals.
