Buying a New Domain, Can I transfer it within same Registrar?

    I know there's a 60 day wait, but from what I read the 60 day wait is only for transfering out to a new registrar - could anyone confirm?

    better wait for 60 days and transfer the domain to namecheap as its much better than any other registrar.
