    Banned adsense account is not better. If you have blog website then you export your blog and import the blog with another account.

    I wouldn't recommend it because you won't be able to make money from Adsense. Google will almost never reapprove a banned site.

    it's true, but they are still the best ads network in the world right now. so if you want to take a benefit of this opportunity, treat google better and better. obey all the rules of them.

    I doubt google will re allow the unban. They tend to not do that. If your gonna buy a website make sure its not banned otherwise you will lose out on it.

    yes, this is a good note. check everything including if the site is banned from google adsense or not. we can change using a free online tool like bannedcheck or isbanned.com

    avoid the banned sites, or it would be another epic fail

    If you are planning to earn from Adsense then don't buy it..

    Google Adsense banned site, may have lower ranking in SEO too, and Google Adsense doesn't approve account for that site..

    is the relevance issue between Adsense banned site with lower ranking in SEO correct? personally i don't think so.
