buying a domain

    can u please tell me which are major factors to be taken into consideartion while buying a new domain.
    also like wat shd be given more importance the no of searches for the k/w or the competition for that k/w??

    Give importance to no. of searches.
    Buy .com domains (as it looks professional) buy domain with out hyphen (as this can help in longer run for branding.)

    The first thing that must take into consideration is that you know if it is ok with your budget. :) Both the number of competitors and the searches of those keywords are important.

    but wat if for one particular k/w combination i m getting no.of searches more and while for another combination i m getting more competition.which one shd i go for?
