Buying a domain that's "parked free"

    I was looking for a domain and found out it's expired and pending renewal. After a few days it says "This page is parked free, courtesy of Webhostessing.com
    ".
    If I go on webhostessing's website it says it's $18 to backorder it.

    My question is: is the domain available or was it renewed by its owner an what happens if I pay the $18? Thanks!

    It is renewed or bought by someone else. Domain backorder charge is 18 dollar. Don't try this because it just renewed or bought.

    If you pm me the domain , I can look for its availability but seems that the owner renewed it on the redemption period or some one bought it.
