Buyers, do you contact people who've done good work for you first?

Do those of you who buy our writing contact people who have done good work for you first, before you post for writers?

 

I use people who have done good work first. I only contact new people when my current writers are too busy.

 

I don't post for writers much at all.

I use current contacts unless I want to try new people to expand my options.

 

I always try to use the same writers over and over again, when they dont have time I try a new one.. good writers is valuable!
