My mother just sold something on marktplaats Netherlands. The buyer chose to pay with Paypal. The package sent to him by Royal Mail. Most of the Royal Mail have a service called Global Value for international shipping which is very cheap but no online tracking. As it sends the tracking number, buyer have to pay about 40 extra pounds ( sending with Global Express or Global Priority). My mother asked 3 times in a row in 3 different emails if agreed to pay for tracking number or not. He refused. Now he demands his money back because the package did not arrive. Whose fault is that he did not want to pay for that service? If the buyer refuses to pay for the number of expedition who is responsible for lost packages?
Hello Just Take a Scan your Royal Mail copy and create Pdf.and Upload then call paypal Customer Care. they will help this issue,if you send him his product it covered Seller Protection policy.so no worries. Thank you
Like the other said , get a prrof that you actually made the service for him and in case he propse a charge back then show paypal about that with your proof , he cant do anything , when you did a good service.
