Hi, I am facing this peculiar problem. Please help! Paypal has refunded an amount to the buyer as he made a complaint of non-receipt of items. He initialy filed a case and Paypal ruled it in favour of the buyer. After that the courier delivers the consignment to the buyer within 3 days of the decision by Paypal. Now how do I retrieve my money from the buyer? Paypal says that : "What to Do Next ----------------------------------- If you have proof of shipment information that shows that this item was delivered, you may appeal this decision. To do so, log into your PayPal account, click the Resolution Center link at the top of the page, and then click the Appeal button next to the case." But in my Paypal account page I do not find any TAB which says APPEAL.Please help me as how do I resolve this issue and get my money.

paypal are notorious for this m8 they almost always side with the buyer trust me i lost hundreds the same way now i dont use them for it change your payment system to something else
Contact them by phone or email since you cant appeal the decision. I am sure they will be able to help you.
Its only 6 days old but I am not able to see any appeal tab/button option available.Thats the problem.
Can I ask if you shipped within 10 days of receiving payment? If you do not ship promptly even if you supply tracking to Paypal that the item was delivered they will side with the buyer.
Yes it was shipped within 10days only. The issue is Paypal is mailing me an option to APPEAL but that option itself is missing in the link in Resolution Centre. And thats my concern.
Once I open the closed case there is an option showing up as RESOLVE COMPLAINT.After I click on that it takes me to a page where there is an option between : - I can provide tracking information. - The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide proof of the previous refund. When I click on the 1st option it goes to a page where by default the tracking number of the shipment is already recorded as provided by me before. Then I click on SUBMIT TRACKING INFO and it says "You did not enter a Tracking Number. Please enter a Tracking Number and then click 'Save."
Your best option is to call PayPal directly. When you call them do not take a NO for an answer! Be persistent! Ask to speak with a manager if you are not getting the right responses. Forget about email them. PayPal is notoriously famous for the total lack of customer service. In the mean time, email your ebay buyer, and kindly let them know since they have the goods that you are expecting them to make a payment in full, as it is illegal for them to obtain and hold goods by deception. Tell them they have 7 days to make a payment, otherwise a letter of demand will be sent and further fees (to cover your costs) will be incurred.
