I need some information on how ebay works. Someone stated on some other forums that because ebay takes a fee from the sellers when they post their auction it is reliable if anything happens to the buyer. So if the buyer doesnt recieve the product or something is wrong charge back will be done against ebay? is this true? if so how does it work, how does ebay not loose money, or does it work differently? If so how is it done so that ebay doesnt loose money because either the seller or buyer is making problems?
