Hi someone send money to me and then after I had paid hime the equivalent and confirming me he has received my money, he open dispute on paypal and now the money is held by paypal.

    How ridiculous is this?

However there is no shipping address on the transaction as it is a personal payment, so do you think there is a case for a claim?

I just withdraw all my money from paypal after this incident and don't stock up $PP anymore.

you can try to contact paypal and show them all proof you have ,if you have no shipping address or billing ,you can send them mails you received from buyer . Maybe you win . I worked with paypal in some cases like this and Paypal support staffs are great . You can mail to this address : for reaching real human .This is mail address of anti-fraud department of paypal .
Don't give up .Good luck .

I have given him and he has confirmed receiving it. He even gave me a positive review on my thread in another forum. To day he offer me another transaction worth $550. I am glad I rejected it.
