Buyer NOT paying my money

hi, there's some haters here but. its harsh advise, I think its legal to have two accounts w paypal business n personal. but not sure abt having two in different country.

best advise is do ur homework, call paypal and ask them hypothetical questions and see where u can move from here. yes, its a waste of time, at least you can add it to ur experience and if u are kind you can share the info with us.

1st be thankful that you're buyer INITIALLY paid.
2nd learn this lesson : even if he pays you once it doesn't guarantee anything and you shouldn't trust him completely.
3. pls pls wait for his reply or call him, if u have his u.s. number. make sure he really do not want to pay then expose his identity here.

if u need further clarifications. pm his gmail, I'll take a crack at what is possible. what I hate more than hypocrites are scammers!
