Buyer Dispute for digital download won't work?

    I placed a paypal dispute for an item as it is a digital download. Since I have no response from the seller I escalated the claim to paypal, but automatically it was closed saying that dispute can be escalated to paypal only for a physical shipping item.

    Anyone experienced this before?

    it works but , you need to explain what exactly you did that person who explain more clearly is the winner of dispute
