    I heard on the radio that someone was selling small bricks to people. But I can't remember what for or how. They were doing very well with it though.

    Maybe you could sell people real blocks or souvenirs signed by some famous personality. Or yes, you could sell them souvenirs and the money of it could go to some kind of charity (in REAL). You could do some good work through it.

    A faint possibility would be real estate.
