Why should someone buy when you can get it them for free. Spending money to advertise You tube link is much more better than just buying comments.
As long as I know, there's no such services available. I saw some threads on this in BST, but most of them are either deleted or the provider is banned. You know, that type of service is not allowed in DP anymore.
