    Virtual Credit card is a alternative of regular credit card.You can use it one time( some virtual card are re loadable too) to purchase ,registration,buy stuff or verification ( ebay or adwords) also you could get verified on Paypal using a virtual credit card.Its very popular for some reason like you don't need any document to get it, you can easily reload yourself using some currencies like EG, MB .Thank you

    It isn't for one time use. You can use it several times, but it depends mainly on your provider.

    Virtual credit card is something virtual, and you can expect it to work exactly as plastic credit card works.
