Buy Vip Membership Psd Design

i need a design for a adultforum.
its not the forum i want the design for its the subpage where people buy VIP membership.

colors: must be suitable to the forumtheme

i want this design in PSD just my coder will convert it to BB code and put it in.

first two colums is a description of what vip members get.
i dont know if much can be done to it . maybe you can?

the third column is for buying VIP membership by telephonecall

and the last column is for buying vip membership with smsbilling.

the column that are missing is "buy vip with paypal 1 year membership 50$
i want this in the new design

Would be nice to get it pro looking with nice icons and so on.

it looks good it does, but somehow it feels to simple . and too similiar to the existing one.

 

taking this to a design studio today if noone else wants to try ? raising budget to 70$
