Buying Buy US pop-under traffic 200k daily,need in long-term.

    Hello,I need US traffic(popup/popunder) in long-term [next 2 years at least from now :) ].

    At the moment need 200k daily. And with time, more will be needed.
    I make payment via PayPal.

    Im a serious business man in doing business.I need only human visitors ,no fraud clicks,no proxies,no bots..
    And I have very advanced anti-fraud system,can detect out all proxies & botnet traffic out.

    I dont care too much on convertions of the traffic made.But I need the US pop-under traffic that at least 3 days unique on IP address,And CTR(Click thought right) at least 5%.(You should know pop-under traffic average CTR its between 5% - 15%.)

    Price depends on your CTR rate, If around 5%. I pay start from $1.2 per CPM. If higher CTR i pay higher rate. We can also discuss on the price, its np.
    I can work with direct webmasters or referral & ad network etc.

    As i said i don't need the traffic with good convertions, I need it with at least 5% CTR, thats all enough to me.And $1.2 CPM its not the final price, we can discuss there.
