    Is this site give me a real human traffic?

    $15/10.000 visitor

    Generaly, for what buy traffic?

    my friend told to me, it using just for bigger alexarank.
    Is that real?

    I think they provide automatic traffic. It may not be real human traffic.

    1. $15 per 10k is bloody expensive, unless it's geo-targeted or niche-targeted traffic.

    2. Your friend is right - this traffic (whether it's automated, PPV or computers infected with viruses) is generally no good for anything other than bumping up your Alexa rank and getting banned from Adsense (if your site has Adsense units on it, that is).

    You need targeted traffic. Traffic of people who is interested in your site, not just any kind of traffic.

    Instead of spend $15 on buying that kind of fake traffic, use those 15 to buy an ebook about how to get targeted traffic for free, or about SEO. That will help you a whole lot more in the long run..

    But don't forget to buy most-recommended ebook, not just usual ebook which contain general knowledges of SEOs.
    Getting traffic is not easy but that is one of the target we build website. For me, It's better to find enough knowledge and start doing SEO strategies/plans and traffic will naturally come to our site. CMIIW

    Well, this type of sites just send automated traffic to a site and not real human traffic and so that it may harm your site if search engines detect it.
