Sure it is... you can buy traffic to anyplace... careful not to get banned by Ezine though. A better idea would just be to write good titles... 90% of reasons people go to your article is by your title...

Also you could spell out your articles url like this www businessopp4you com in your posts on forums. If your article is useful it will gain strength over time and be hosted on other webmasters sites.
If you just want to promote your article, you can just use forum posting. For me, it is wasting money to buy traffic on it. By the way, Ezine article get indexed in search engine very fast, if your article is good, then dont owrry about it
Traffic buying is really not advicable as such you will get looots of vists just for once. These traffic wont stay for longer time and its really waste of money nothing else. Try to imporve content of article and website rather than buying traffic this will provide long term traffic with good SERP.
