it all depends on the quality of the traffic, if it is spammed, then you be buying a ticket of getting banned

most of the traffic sellers will say they are selling adsense safe traffic but they are mostly bot traffic. according to adsense policy, you cannot artificially inflate the impressions so this type of traffic will violate the tos. if you are talking about real human traffic who will actually click, you wont be making any money out of it cause those traffic will be expensive than yor adsense revenue. no one will give you real human traffic that converts for cheap

Don't do it, instead focus on building organize traffic. Never, ever, risk getting your Adsense account banned for Adsense profits.

It depends on traffic quality. If you trust your provider you can go for it.

Google doesn't like paid traffic -- it's best to avoid any potential problems in the future by drawing organic traffic to your site. Focus on SEO, general advertising, article marketing, etc.

Yeah i'd say its not worth the risk getting your adwords account banned. Paid traffic is not natural at all since google will see a huge spike for however many days and then suddenly back down to nothing again.

I wouldn't say Google doesn't like paid traffic. The whole business model of adsense is to make money from Paid traffic.

Buying traffic is not a good idea. Instead go for link exchange.
Find some of the sites which has good PR and ask for link exchange.

I would stay away from paid traffic when dealing with adsense. Google tends to frown on this type of traffic. Banning would be sure to follow if you do.

Buying traffic is a strict no no in TOS. If you are buying traffic from Ad Networks, make sure they are coming from legit sources.

Though Google doesn't stop you from buying traffic it's stated clearly that it’s critical that you monitor your reports closely to gauge the impact that each source has on your ad traffic. For this reason, they strongly urge you to use caution when partnering with third-party traffic services. If you find that one of your traffic sources has suspicious activity, it's recommend to stopping or pausing your relationship with that traffic source to stop any traffic that may be invalid. To read more please read this http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1348722 It's been disclosed to the public and mostly publisher's and owner of adsense accounts. But to be safe please refrain from indulging in this type of service these type of services are not clearly disclosed and proved. because of it's very cheap services you'll will be easily deceive especially if your a newbie and anxious to get traffic right away on your new site. Some of it are most likely to be bots. Have you been researching on Generator this are software tend to test and gauge the capacity, connection etc. of a network and are just merely bots. True traffic are kinda expensive but you can always be sure it's a real traffic your site deserved. I'm not scaring you or anything after all it always up to you but use at your own risk.
