Selling Buy Social Media Traffic Website-FACEBOOKED.COM

    Hello !
I am selling this awesome site FACEBOOKED.COM .
The domain name itself explains how much potential this site has.

    Reason of Selling :
    1. I require money for a personal reason.
    2. I don't have funds to invest in the site's marketing to bring in sales.

Now as you can see in the details that the site is not generating any revenue and that is mainly because there is no SEO/marketing done on the site which would bring sales to the site. And like I mentioned above that i donot have funds to invest in the SEO otherwise I would have not sold this and invested myself.

But considering the domain name itself is very potential and is a premium domain so anyone who would buy this would just have to do some good SEO on it and it will cover its cost in no time.

    What you get :
    - Domain
    - Fully Developed Website in WP
    - Fully Developed Affiliate system
    - Supplier's Information (Incase you intend to keep the same setup/service)

Leme know if you have any question.
    Awaiting for a potential buyer.

NOTE : If you have legal concerns in terms of its name then I assure you that I took full legal advice plus reviews from different professionals and I got a satisfactory report that this site does not in anyway pose any copyrights issues with facebook. So its completely safe to buy and invest in.

    Thanks.

Do you have any legal proof of this. Saying its "all good" does not exactly offer any security.

Here's an article related to 25 lawsuits against people doing typosquatting just like your domain.

According to my value estimate your domain is worth -$1,000,000 at least.

    Hello !

Firstly thanks for your interest and extended response ! This is will help others in their confusion too.

Well I didn't exactly HIRE a lawyer for the sole purpose of guiding me legally before buying but I shared some calls with some lawyers, some of them are close friends whom I trust alot that they wont guide me wrong, so upon looking over their suggestions and some of my own research, the conclusion was that unless I am not posing myself/site as facebook or exploiting any facebook service in anyway then I am good.

Also I talked to two people who mainly work in domains, they did inquire about what service i am going to work on and when i told them the service i am starting I got a green signal from them too.

Unfortunately most of my interactions with these people have been on phone calls mainly so i dont have a text record of that but when you get so many green signals from reliable people it does makes sense that it wont pose any legal issues.

Besides even if there was some legal issue involved I am sure that it would have reached to me until now coz its been almost 5 months this site is up and haven't received a single complaint or anything.

And lastly about you comment that in your estimate this domain is work $1,000,000 at least. Well I am flattered by your comment :)
If i am selling at this price then i think it shouldn't be a problem then.

I'll be happy to share a chat with you if you want to further discuss this.
    Leme know your thoughts.
    Thanks.

    Hello !

Upon multiple queries via PMs and posts I want to make things easier for interested buyers regarding possible legal concerns.
I already addressed the concerns of Laceygirl above and further I want to mention that interested buyers are welcome to conduct their own research on this concern .

In fact I would encourage interested buyers to clear all their confusions themselves also so there is no confusions before buying.

I will be online for a few hours and will be happy to answer your queries.

    Thanks.

I said -$1 million. (Negative 1 million). As in it should cost money as opposed to worth money.

If you want to be sure email the main office at facebook and ask them for written permission.

Ok people I have contacted facebook and sent them a written request to approve the use and forwarding of my domain.
Though I must admit it feels silly that I have to ask someone else to approve off something i own but still I dont mind if its makes interested people secure before buying.

NOTE : I WAS NOTIFIED WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THAT IT MIGHT TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND AND THEY DONT GUARANTEE WHETHER I"LL GET A RESPONSE EVEN SO PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT HOLDING OFF THE SALE JUST TO GET THEIR RESPONSE !
If you are interested, please place your bid.
    Thanks.

    Hi !
Sorry i didnt notice your post !
    What was your domain ?
Also do you have any idea that if they have objections to the name then do they buy off the domain from the owner or what ?
I am guessing that since there are alot of discussions here then why cant i sell it directly to facebook ?

Facebook won't buy the domain from you. They'll pull a Cybersquatting lawsuit on you more likely.

    Thanks for commenting..
One thing which really satisfies me that the site has been up from more then 5 months and not a single objection from anyone.
