Buy/Sell/Trade guidelines or rules?

I want to try and sell some articles I have written over in the Buy/Sell/Trade section. It's my first time doing it, so I was looking to see if there are any rules and/or guidelines anywhere that I need to follow. I've perused the section already to get a feel for some of the threads. Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks!

Selling articles - threads belong in buy, sell, trade content if price per article is greater than $5.00. ($5.01 game does not fly.)
Selling articles - thread belongs in freebies is price per article is $5.00 or below.

Make sure you post all pertinent info in opening post for thread bumping is not allowed.

You can't start thread again and again for same articles else you'll get duplicate thread infraction. You can start thread only once. So take care of that.

    DON.

Make sure you read the FAQ and guidelines. Then read all kinds of posts and threads in here.
Then hope and pray you don't get infractions, because even the most honest people are being banned from this place or getting repeated infractions.
I get people being completely disrespectful, not excluding mods, all the time. 90% of every person I ever deal with in my life, business or personal is very easy to communicate with and deal with, and doesn't get their panties in a bunch over trivial mute points. A lot of people these days see this completely missing in DP, and how difficult it is getting to accomplish anything in the BST here other than accumulating infractions, even from professionals that have been working online for many years. Seems all the crappy members in here have really ruined this place for a lot of us, I only hope that things continue to improve since Shawn has been doing a lot of good work on this place since he's been back.

#1 tip, that's really hard cause it doesn't make any sense, (as this is a forum to discuss things...) DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING in the BST section. Discuss via PM or off the forum ONLY. The mods are giving out infractions for just about anything you say or do, and if you happen to run into one of the A$$holes out there that just start bashing you, REFRAIN, as much as we have the right to stand up for ourselves, and not put up with people bad mouthing us, in this forum that is not the case. You will get infractions. Just smile and nod, keep your mouth shut, and start making use of the ignore user feature.

And don’t ask people to post in your sales thread IE: “Post if you want more info” you should ask members to PM you.

Sounds like load of rules, don’t worry you will get used to them.

    Good luck with your sales.

    Thanks Brian
