Buy/Sell/Trade - Featured "Paid" Threads

I think it would be a good idea for the b/s/t section to offer paid threads so that it shows more loyalty from the seller. Maybe certain criteria for being allowed to buy it and its featured as a sticky for however long. I guess this is the basis of a good idea in my mind. Like if there is a contest with a $1, 000 prize, and the person will pay $20 to list it, I would feel more comfortable entering it.

I think DP is better than Sitepoint because it is completely free. So I am also against any paid sections in DP.

 

I mean a choice to pay so your considered more trustable not all paid listings.

 

It has been suggested before by dp member, exe.But Shawn said he will probably shutdown whole B/S/T Section instead..

Well I don't think a newer member with 0 iTrader and 27 posts (15 days old) should be allowed to sell a site at say $2, 700...

 

And why not?

If the seller does not meet your criteria, then don't buy. I don't need you to protect me from a sale.

My first sale on DP was a site for $3500 and I did not have big rep or iTrader.

 

Well at least toughen up money exchanges?
