Suggestions:
- I would make your header text smaller
- Add a gradient behind your header's background perhaps
- For the left side of the site.. the navigation looks empty compared to the right side of the site.

It may be a good idea to permit secondary market,
so that the publishers may sell system points directly
to advertisers, and provide more payment options
like check, wire, www.moneybookers.com

 

The orange top background is not looking good. Make it blue or green

maybe try a different color background ?

 

in tables you can use a different color, not white. and orange is not good i think. maybe dark blue is better.and lastly, yellow table is bad, sorry.

 

yellow table is bad but i like orange top. of course - no green with orange at same place, so if you like green buttons - no orange top.

 

Hi - To be honest... I'm not keen on the colours and it might be quite nice to go the Web 2.0 route - will help improve the visual greatly!
