Buy restricted domain?

Everyone here knows that .com and net are almost full. So we webmasters look out for other extensions. There are country specific extensions that are available but they are resttricted to their country members only.
However, Hosting providers are providing these domains, even big providers
without checking. Is it a big crime to buy such domains, since everyone is just offering them. Do you own such domains? please help me out quickly.:D
    What is the risk?

.cn actually, you can register it through any domain registrar, sometimes there are nothing happen to you.
.asia ,you many registrar will provide ced information for you when you registering asia domain name.

So you can try to finding more domain name.
And .in also a good domain, and cheap!

Thanks DO, what do you think about .it or .fr? can they be used by anyone? I ve searched google but gained very less.

Another thing, .tv shows as restricted domain but millions of companies are using it, like the media companies instead of the Tuvulese tribes.. ?

    .in is free for all
    .it must be European citizen
    .fr must be french
    .tv free for all

If you register a domain without having the requirements, you can loose the ownership after a check

If you buy it through an agent then it goes into the agent's name - you are not listed in the WHOIS as the owner. If you are buying as an "investment" then it can get expensive and risky - many cTLDs (country domain names) are much more expensive than .com or .net.

Yes i do own such domain extension such as .eu
But i don't see any risk using it,as long as you used it for legal purposes.
