    Really? I didn't know this. My IP has changed (only inside the same country, though) and PayPal hasn't shown any interest in it. Might have been different, if I regularly dealt with large payments...

    Don't do this action because Every time you get login in Paypal they record the Ip it will be good to leave paypal i have as well been limited by paypal i am not using it anymore. and we request from Paypal to bring facility in pakistan and other countries which they didn't offerd thank you

    I think Paypal now log's the latest IP logged in. You carnt play Paypal mate ;)
