"Buy It Now" or "Learn More"

I have two similar buttons. One with text "Buy it Now" and second with "Learn More". Which one should I use? I don't want my visitors to think that I want to sell them the product and get money(of courese I want it). As for me, it is better to use Buy It Now with product reviews and Learn More with articles. What do you think?

How about trying both and see which one converts better?

I don't know what your niche is or if you are selling your own product or working as an affiliate, so my answer may not be very accurate.

I think you could use both in the same page, "Learn More" to provide further detailed and additional information about a product, and "Buy Now" in case your costumer already knows about the product.

Also, to me, "Buy Now" sounds a little better than "Buy It Now".

    Cheers!!

buy is a Vade-Retro-Satanas word to use in ANY ad. it sounds like "Losing Money" to the mind of a potential customer and theyll automatically put a X on your ad and skip to the next with "learn more", because thats what they're seeking: Information.

"Buy" sounds scary....but "learn more" or "find out more" it's better, because it's like you giving out more information about something, rather than saying "BUY IT RIGHT NOW!"

depending on the niche, "order now" or "download now" has had better

conversions for me. But if I was a buyer "learn more" would attract me

    more than "buy now"

P.s could you pm those buttons, I need to try it out. thanks

Use them both and have them both lead to same page.

You're right, the word "Buy" sounds a little scary.
However, the more serious the product, the more tolerable this word is.

"Order Now" sounds a lot better.

I use invest now normally if you invest in something the return is bigger then the money spend on it. For example if i promote a self growth product i write something like Invest in your own life right now or Isn't it time to invest in your own life?

    if you are a vendor:
Buy Now is fine, once the pre-sell is good enough, they know that the next step is to buy, however you are all correct in that it makes you feel as though you must spend/lose money. On the flip side though, if it is truly a good deal - most competitors sell for double your price, you create scarcity for a limited time discount, it does work in your favor - i.e. ebay - 'buy it now' allowing customers to bypass the auction, creates immediate access and a positive experience with the words 'buy' and 'now', presentation is everything...

still having said that, other good ones for vendors:
    Purchase Now
    Get Access Now
    Download Instantly Click Here
    Redeem Your Discount Offer Here

    Affiliates:
    Get more Info>>
    Learn More>>
    Visit Main Website>>
Compare Similar Products>> (goes to multiple product review page << these work great).
    See Full Offer>>
Get Your Discount >> (make sure the vendor offers a discount, or presents the main offer as a discounted offer....)

Create interest when preselling, offer great rewards when prompting to buy, and creating great reasons to click beyond the demanding simple 'buy now' unless again - it is truly an offer worth buying right this second because the price or deliverbles knocks competitors socks off.

I have tested both buttons. In my case (I am an affiliate) "Learn more" brought me better results. So I will continue using it.
