    Hi,

I see that the iPhone (8GB) is only £270 on Apple's store, but I believe you HAVE to pay for a contract to even buy the phone at all? Does anyone know if you can just buy the phone, them assuming you're already on an O2 contract and there after just unlock the phone and use pre-paid etc? Or must you buy with the contract?

If you can't, where can I buy an iPhone for RRP without a contract? On eBay, people are charging over £100 more in most cases, which is madness! I want to buy the iPhone for £270 at MOST! I believe it's possible I can quite easily unlock it myself, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Hopefully someone can give be some good guidance!

    Regards,

Please can anyone help me with this?

Also, can anyone tell me how loud the speaker is when playing music out loud? Is it as loud/louder than Sony Walkman phones for example?
