    Hi:

I need a advice from you people!
I am going to buy a domain, it is parked at godaddy and have PR5 already.

But when i search on google or yahoo for its backlinks, it has no backlink.

How it is possible for a domain to get PR5 without a single backlink?

If i buy that domain, and upload a website on it, will it still remain PR5?

It might have a fake Page Rank here http://checkpageranking.com/

If it is a real PR 5 then it will stay a PR5 but then you got to work to keep it to that level and try get a higher page rank.

Make sure it's not fake-PR and if it's real then it is likely to loose its PR on the update as it doesn't have backlinks. Try to build the links as soon as you purchase it to maintain the PR.
I'll say don't purchase it if it's costing you alot of money.

It means that this is fake PR, it's not a PR5 at all! Probably a PR0.

Personally, I don't buy names for PR but only for the actual quality of the name.

Good you checked, well it depends why you want to buy the domain for, is it pr or the quality of the domain, if you like the domain name and dont care about pr then buy it otherwise dont bother. Personally I wouldnt spend that much on that domain, but its up you.
