Buy Diggs -- Have You Ever Done It? Advice?

Okay so for a while I have been thinking about buying diggs online to help with my marketing efforts though I wasn't sure if it was possible. I came across a company called usocial.net online and compared to other advertising it seems pretty cheap as long as it works.

Basically, I wanna know if anyone has had experience with buying votes on digg or other sites and if it worked? I don't care if you've used the company I'm looking into or not, just if you've done it at all. Any help would be appreciated.

And yeah, I know it's not exactly "ethical" in a lot of people's eyes and I don't care about that so if you just wanna slag me for doing it I don't want to hear about it. I just want to know if anybody has used usocial or any other site like this and what the results were.

    Thanks!

What purpose would it serve ? Fake Diggs would not do much to help you sell products. I would suggest that you spend that money on something that will help you more than just a few Diggs on one article.

You could buy more content for article submissions, outsource the building of Squidoo and Hug Pages, or buy something that will help you more than once, and save you time like Software (Bookmarking Demon), or membership to something like WA so that you can learn from some experienced marketers.

You can't fake viral marketing, either it is or it isn't. Buying Diggs is thinking small and wreaks of desperation.

There are a lot more things that will actually be useful in your efforts than that.

not a good idea.. once i did buy it and my account and site was banned i might have earned $100+ from it but the reputation was bad.. so its not good if you are trying to stand in internet business for long term.

Damm Risky it is, Digg guys are so sharp, they'll recognize fake diggs and your site will be permantly banned.
But can be manipulated as well, but that takes skills to do so.

I did it once and got my main/primary account banned -- I didn't realize it was against their ToS. This was a couple years ago.

digg is quick to ban with no notification even if you do this on a small scale or not at all. I'd steer clear of it most digg traffic is not going to convert anyway.
