    you can easily buy wordpress template from internet.all templates are same only difference is in their appearance.You can download various plugins of wordpress ,they will help you lot in your site and you can get various word press premium themes

    I think ClassiPress is what you want.

    Edit to add: not all WP themes are the same, in fact it lets you add pretty advanced functionality just through which theme you use.
