Buy AdWords and SERPs. Something connected?

    Hello mates!


    I want to know if use Adwords in sites helps it to rank better in SERPs, even after stop the use of Adwords...

    I'm saying that because I read in other thread a guy saying something like that:

    "Ah! The first spot could be in first spot (-.-) because he used Adwords in the past...so now Google gives more autorithy to this website..."


    Is this true?

    Because I have some Adwords Coupon from my webhost...I was thinking in sell it...but, if the usage of these coupon (plus some $ I can buy of adwords) can help me in SERPs, it'll be the best investment ever haha!

    SERPs and PPC are two separate things. One does not affect the other.

    This is totally untrue and I wouldn't listen to a thing this guy says - don't believe everything you read on the internet! (Unless it was written by me ;))

    So, you guys are sure that buy AdWords and these things won't change anything my "power" in Google, or improve my SERPs?
