I've decided to sell my NFL XL website, here is the info:

    Site: NFL XL
    URL: http://www.nflxl.com/ (Registered At NameCheap)
    PR: 4
    Age: 6 Months
Revenue: ~$10 Per Month From Google Ads
    Stats: Average 190 Uniques Daily

    -------------------------

The reason I'm selling this web site is because is because I'm not an NFL expert
and I have my hands full on a new football(soccer site).
I haven't bought any adspace or anything, only advertising I've done is link exchanges, search engine submissions, and signature links/banners at a few forums. But with some good promoting and advertising, the site has a lot of potential.

    -------------------------

Website is designed by liquidsmoke.net, it's not a free template. Also hand coded in XHTML & CSS liquidsmoke.net as well. Clean code which is very easy to manage. Coded in all divs, only table is the scoreboard since it's tabular data.

The scoreboard on the site is updated manually. But the news posting and cut and wallpaper adding is done through a simple admin page I have set up where there's 3 different forms, one for news, one for cuts, and one for wallpapers. There is also a search featured which allows users to search through the news. All this is done in PHP & mySQL and is custom made by liquidsmoke.net so you won't find it on any other site. It's nothing special, but just letting you know it's not a free script or anything.

There is also a poll, but this one was a free poll script I got off a site and customized it.

The website has around 300 news posts, around 10 render cuts, and 11 wallpapers.

The website takes up around 80 MB (most from the arcade games) and uses around 1.5 GB a month.

    You also get these banners:

    468x60: http://www.nflxl.com/images/banner_46860.gif
    125x125: http://www.nflxl.com/images/banner_125125.gif
    88x31: http://www.nflxl.com/images/banner_8831.gif

The website is #1 on Google, Yahoo!, and MSN for the term "NFL XL" and is also close to the top for the terms "NFL Wallpapers" and "NFL PSD Cuts"

There is also a forum (IPB 2.0.4), not much activity, but it has 90+ members and 1,500+ posts. The skin is just a slightly modified version of the default IPB skin to match the main site. The forum has a couple of add-ons installed. One of them is a store hack and the other is an arcade which already has around 50+ games installed. You won't get the IPB license, however you will get all the files for the forum.

    -------------------------

I think the design and backend of the website itself is pretty valuable and I'm looking for at least $250 for that itself.

    Bidding Starts: $250
    BIN: $500

I will only accept PayPal. Reply or PM if you have any questions about this. My contact info can be found in my sig.

    Regards,
    Gian

I will bid $100. Where do the cuts and wallpapers come from. Do you have the rights to display these on the site?

Thank you. I can get the rights from the person who made them. He is the previous owner of the site.
