I'm trying to decide to best way to display my niche articles. What would be best a .com, .info or just post them all to one site? I'm thinking a .com for each niche article but is a .com really necessary, wouldn't a .info get indexed the same in google for $2 a domain instead of $7-8? thanks
.com is always better, however this does not guarantee the site's success. If it is a blog, there is nothing wrong with posting all articles on the same blog. You may want to do it slowly. Start with one article, promote it as much as you can and get traffic to it. Regardless of whether your blog/site ends in .com, .net or .info, if you do not promote it, and make it SEO friendly, no one will know about it.
I will experiment with .info domains, I've never purchased one before only .com. Google doesn't seem to index some of the posts I have on my large blog.. but I always seem get get first page result with my mini niche pages.
Having a keyword rich domain name itself seems to help out a lot. I would say it depends on the potential traffic you can get from the keyword as well as the competition though. I've actually been doing a recent experiment myself where if I find a good keyword that gets around 3k searches or more per month in phrase match, I'll buy a domain with the exact keyword and try to get a mini niche site ranked with it. This is after I do my research of course to see if the front page is even possible to rank on. In the past, I would just write an article around the keyword and try to get the article ranked, but I would much rather have my own site on the front page. Plus, I think a site with the exact keyword as the domain name will outrank an article that is centered around the keyword. At least that's what I've been finding through a few of the different sites I've put up. As far as .com or .info, I honestly don't know if it makes a difference. I've heard that it doesn't, but people say having .com, net, or org just looks better. You can try it out and see how it goes.
I think both are same not a major difference among them You can go for any without any Doubt...........
From where I'm sitting .com beats all other domain names... hands down! Yes, not sure... you may get the same response from Google for a .info. Most people automatically type in .com if they've remembered your domain name. And there's a prestige factor to a good .com too. Do you have a single niche or lots of them? Because the other point is that a .com if you manage a half decent one, is a good investment. .info isn't! Good luck with it.
Domain extension doesn't plays an major role when it comes for indexing web content rather number of backlinks for your domain would be given more importance. No matter whether you have a .com or .info domain try to add unique content, gather backlinks and optimize your website/blog following Google webmaster guide.
Do you intend to sell the domain later on? I think you should consider .com since the commercial value is higher.
No new site is going to index (or at least quickly) without a few backlinks. Not sure what you are attempting to do here. If you just have some content that you think would be valuable and help bring business, why not throw it up on an article directory like ezinearticles? It will have as much, if not more link juice than a brand new website (especially one without backlinks) would have.
