It's not possible to contact them so it does actually look suspicious. I'd be careful using that site.
It is a new site and is only registered for 1 year, so I would be careful. They also only payout when the member reaches 200.00$, and I have not read anywhere online that anyone has been paid yet. It seems that if it was legit it would be registered for at least 2 years if not longer, and members would be promoting like crazy with copies of their payouts posted online to get more exposure, referrals, and clicks.
