No, Bux.to is not a scam, They are under heavy user abuse ( Multiclickers ) So they need to manually check every payment they make. They use to have a 6 months rule, but i heard that its been cut down to 2 only. A mate from my school class just got $200 payed. And i saw proofs, I might post some in here. I requested my payment about 5 months ago, that was before they changed it to 2, So i need to wait 1 more month, when i get the cash from them, then I'll post proofs in here

It's not a scam site. I was paid by it once. But it takes very very long time...several months. I just gave up and stopped using that site.
I was about to try that website a few months ago, then i just search around in google and found out that it was a SCAM site. I always advise to do a google search before dedicating your time to such sites
