    I have way to many sites going right now. There is no pending payouts. You will get the site the way it is You can change upgrade prices and everything. I will help you out for 24 hours then anything after that is $10 per day that you need help. Site is easy to run. And does make a lot of money. I have almost made $1000 in the time I have owned the site. Forum is active as well. I am asking $30 for the site it is paid in full until dec 4th so you won't have to pay dime for it until dec 4th then it is $25 monthly which is great for these sites. It has almost 3000 members on it right now. Make me offer on site. I take paypal only Would like to sell today asap.

    site is hosted at www.buxhost.com where they have to stay I think not sure if you can move them or not. But that is where it is at now.
