Worthless (and that's not its exact monthly searches). No value as just a domain, you would need to develop a site on it. Given the meaning of the word, it has potential - but you need to show that.
I'm a graphic designer/developer and have been tasked looking at some appropriate domains, for the project at hand, which is a pretty new area for me. While picking domains is a new area, I'm pretty familiar with SEO/SEM, site optimization overall. So would love to pick your brain (anyone else feel free to chime in) a bit more on this specific domain/keyword. [butterface] Local/US/Exact: 8,800/mo 10,000/mo (Google Search Network) Global/Exact: 15,000/mo 18,000/mo (Google Search Network) All of those are recent numbers. By what I've been seeing on this forum and others, that's pretty decent. Would you agree? Top related keywords across the board (based on geo, language) are all related to the context that my client is looking to convey in this potential business/website if developed. The meaning of the word is negative I guess you could say, butterface girl, the "urban" definition, but this seems like good news. Top related keywords/searches to [butterface]: butterface girls butterface urban butterface urban dictionary butterface girls What are your thoughts of the domain in this context?
Those numbers are fine, but why go for a .co.uk when you are targeting the USA? This seems more like a brand domain, some kind of site you want people to be able to easily type in, so a .com would be suitable for the USA. At least I assume USA as you mention US exact match. You've got a good domain for it, but think about your audience. .com is the only way to go with this, regardless of if it's a global or US audience. .co.uk would only be useful to the UK market. (Or .anythingyouwant if you care for just search traffic, but that's more "made for Adsense informational sites".)
