that's crazy all our workplaces here have music from the radio, same as when you go shopping the malls have radio being played and they are public places..I wouldn't accept that ruling and go for appeal - the judge was apparently on something at that time
What a load of rubbish of course anybody can listen to a radio anywhere. Does that mean you can't walk down the street with one in case some one else hears it? lmao
I was reading through the whole article, backtracking on some paraghraphs., but i totally don't get it. Isnt personal radios "personal"?
This is nothing new if you play music in shops or anywhere the public can hear it you are supposed to buy a license, at least thats the case in the UK and Ireland
